We are looking to grow our business with another passionate farmer! How we grow will depend on the interests of that individual and we can start this relationship as a part time job. Our ideal candidate is available Wednesdays-Saturdays from 7am-noon (5 hours a day for 3-4 days a week) from May till end of August.

To get things started for the 2023 growing season, we are looking for someone who: 

• Loves flowers, working outdoors and learning about plants 

• Works well in collaborative settings and independently with wonderful communication skills

• Has at least one growing season of experience working for a vegetable or flower farm

• Approaches projects with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn 

• Operates in a timely manner and can work with a flexible schedule 

• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions 

• Can be reached via cell-phone and has a reliable method of transportation 

• Has great customer service skills and ability to create a welcoming environment for others 

Responsibilities:

• Bed prep, planting seedlings, weeding, harvesting, irrigation management

• Availability to attend some farmers markets and being responsible for market prep

• Flower deliveries
